The cause of the hair loss is karmic and due to previous lives when subjected to the ravages of a scourge that caused infection. So it is a problem of cellular memory and needs divine healing to resolve it. This will be taken care of over time and will not benefit from any hands-on energy work as that is not capable of doing karmic repair.
