I imagine it’s only useful and potent as a person believes it to be. To me, it’s simply a “reminder” for the person that created it. What is Creator’s perspective?”

We like your take on this, because it is not harmful and, in fact, can be of benefit to use such devices. This is why they are present throughout society in many, many, forms. It is the origin, historically, of things like corporate logos using symbols and images that carry subliminal meaning often times, in representing archetypes of one sort or another to create a deep subconscious image about their brand in order to support public acceptance, identification with their company, and a positive feeling about them. That is relatively harmless use. It is simply putting one's best foot forward, even though a logo might have only the merest connection to the reality of the product or services. There are many examples that probably will come to mind of a bit of overreaching underway, but it is the intent to connote a positive image that is being sought, not to fool anyone that an automobile could be like a wild animal for example, because it is named after a powerful predatory species. On the slippery slope of ego-satisfying practices, there can be such symbols through artwork and imagery used to create a deliberate deception by con artists, cultural groups, and so forth, as well as political movements actively embracing propaganda of all kinds for purposes of manipulation to achieve dark aims. Sigils are also used, frequently, in primitive practices involving mind manipulation at a distance because they can help focus such thoughts and direct them at a target and serve as a kind of ritual that is actually effective in helping people summon a particular malevolent force from within their consciousness through repetition and training. So the key in all of this, is to what purpose it is being used. For something innocent or of a positive nature, it is akin to many other forms of symbolism and ritual that can serve a lofty purpose, but all such things can be perverted to serve the darkness as well. So the determining factor is the human intention, an individual choice being made on a case-by-case basis.
