My questions revolve around whether this is a current activity with the dairy products or has been going on for a long time? I have drunk milk for 73 years. Is it still a risk? Are there recommended alternatives like goat’s milk or soy milk?”

We can tell you this has been a risk for all of that time. This is not a new program. Biowarfare is truly ancient and a ubiquitous undertaking. It varies in form and types of organisms for a variety of reasons. The extraterrestrials get bored easily, so there is a constant search for something new to try. But there is a steady ongoing program of constant pressure on human society that is quite routine and relentless because it needs to be to have its desired negative effects. There is a campaign underway intended to lead to human annihilation. Everything else is a softening up. While this biowarfare campaign is not widely devastating or lethal, it is a liability of significant impact on things because so many people become debilitated and will die young from the many diseases caused by viruses delivered in that fashion. Goat's milk would be generally safe because it is too small a market to worry about. Soy milk as well is likely not doctored with viruses. Nothing can be ruled out, of course, as plans can change and expand. But there are risks for humans everywhere because you are in the battle zone.
