Your intuitive sense there is something fishy is correct. It is not that he is being singled out for punishment, but he is being singled out for exclusion, for reasons more to the opposite of what you fear. He is not being targeted in the way targeted individuals are attacked in numerous ways, and subjected to mistreatment of all kinds to silence and sideline them, and make their lives miserable and a kind of failure because they never get anywhere in life and everyone around them turns against them, adding insult to injury. This is not such an instance. It is that officials involved with aviation, as is true of a number of professions, are being minded by extraterrestrial oversight to reject candidates that are not manipulatable, because they want to have people in positions of authority who they can influence, and your dear husband is a shining light in contrast to many who they pass judgment on and receive an endorsement. In actuality, failing to "make the grade" is not a failure, but a kind of compliment, because he is too good, too strong, too in alignment with his energies personally. We will continue to work on this, as you are planning to support, to create an opportunity to slip through the net, as we see there is a good fit here. This would not mean any undue risk for him should that come about, as he would do well in the position and be successful and would be an asset. So it would be mutually beneficial for him to get such an assignment. He is only dealing with a chokepoint of a routine sort to weed out candidates based on prejudiced thinking. It is not highly likely that he would be put on the spot at some point and expected to dance to their tune with a manipulation. The overseers are simply being systematic to load the dice in their favor before such a manipulation might be needed. The fact that it disappoints worthy individuals and causes suffering is an additional reward for them because of their perverse nature. So time will tell if we can influence things to get him accepted on his true merits, from the human perspective.
