We would say the interlopers, the dark spirits and the extraterrestrials, are the most in need of prayer, and where the most benefit could come about in changing the direction of things to reduce the probability this will go forward with the worst possible series of events in war breaking out. Here, too, we are working steadily using the intention of many prayers to counter the geopolitical forces beating the drums of war, and all on the human side lining up like lemmings ready and eager to jump off the cliff. So to target certain clients specifically is a human prerogative and it will ensure the greatest possible attention and effort is applied to them and, in this case, the interlopers would be the culprits of such things. The human players are merely minions carrying out their orders. They have a role nonetheless and to the extent human healing raises them up, they will be more easily able to resist manipulations and see the folly of what they are being manipulated to do. You have seen this recently on other fronts, that when people have a reawakening within of their natural desire for freedom and liberty, they may well rebel and resist government oversight that is heavy-handed and authoritarian. People who are ordinary civilians have more power than they realize, but this is still relative. It is usually the case there needs to be changes on multiple levels with multiple players to shift something on a large scale, but keep in mind each Protocol session will include all of humanity, so this is well covered by the healing work being launched in this way.
