DWQA QuestionsCategory: Extraterrestrial InterlopersA student wants to know, are raccoons an extraterrestrial species – and just “who” thought these little terrors of mass destruction were a great idea?
Nicola Staff asked 6 years ago
The raccoon is indeed an extraterrestrial species and very much for this reason it can be quite a pest around human habitations and that is the reason for its being brought to the earth. It competes for much of the same food as humans, and being a fairly good-sized animal and being quite intelligent and agile, as well as being a fierce defender against any would-be attacks, can be a very destructive force. In this way, it is a bigger threat than rodents, although it cannot hide as effectively, but its size makes it a potential scourge, and this is still true today even with modern housing that keeps them out, except in unusual circumstances. In prior eras where dwellings were less secure or people were living more informally, this was an even greater problem. They compete with humans regularly, and are quite a nuisance in rural settings especially, where they have greater cover. The fact they are cute looking and are even regarded as beautiful by many, only reflects the fact they are a divine creation. There is great beauty in all life if one looks for it. Even in the shark there is beauty, provided one is not in the water watching them advance. Their design, and shape, and agility, and stamina make them quite a magnificent creature. But one would not choose to engineer a world for humans and fill the oceans with such creatures. That is why these, and so many other species, were made for the world of the extraterrestrials who are depraved in their behavior and their makeup in being quite savage and very much having a dog-eat-dog mentality of power, subjugation, manipulation, and exploitation. Their world is predator-like because they are predator-like. These species do not fit with the divine human and so their presence is truly unnatural.
