This is a perceptive analysis, that the words we have given you years ago now, that "Everything that is done can be undone," and also that "There are no truly big problems," were also divine hints that nothing is forever when it comes to death because there is always the possibility of rescue and reconfiguration. Even when the soul no longer serves a purpose for its existence, the possibility of changing that circumstance still exists, and that still keeps a foot in the door, so to speak, for the possibility of healing. So there are still consequences attendant to the soul recycling process should it be implemented, and there would have to be a workaround, through a recreation at some point, to continue existence of the healed prior self in the event that a large-scale healing effort, as you are mounting as part of GetWisdom, begins to override the rise of evil and, working back through time, increasingly sets things right and actually rewrites history for the better.
This is a lot to get one's mind around, but it is a reassuring picture, as you, yourself, have concluded, that no door is closed without the possibility of opening another, that even loss of the soul can be undone and followed with a reconfiguration that will create the possibility of a restoration. But, as you might expect, that will not be simple nor quick. So, in effect, being recycled is the severest of penalties because the disruption and recovery would be the lengthiest possible liability for being in a limited state while other beings are charging ahead with their growth and learning, so it is not a get-out-of-jail-free card, it is a commutation of the sentence but will not come quickly for those in need.
