There were both preventive measures and healing employed to temper the negative consequences of this mishap. It was foreseen by your guardians and the higher self gave permission for an intervention, to intrude energetically to limit the penetration of force into the knee, and that is what saved you from physical rupture and a quite painful injury that would have greatly limited mobility for some time. This was effective in limiting the extent of injury. We have said many times, that "It is easier to prevent a problem than fix it," so that was done here to a large degree in preventing too intense a blow through a kind of energetic cushioning within the knee itself.
