A practitioner said his daughter had a seizure due to a spirit meddler attachment. Was that so, and if so, why did this happen when he does regular prayers for her safety and Lightworker Healing Protocol sessions as well, to keep clearing anything negative?

The assessment you gave him of why that can happen was a valid and accurate one. It is not all up to him and his wife hovering over the daughter and launching requests of the divine to keep her safe and reverse any negativity that gets going and is in need of repair. Much will depend on the daughter's mind as well. This is the essence of free will and free agency, that every human being, no matter what state they are in, are in charge of their personal existence. And we must always follow their lead even if they have been weakened, subjected to developmental delays, or even periods of time of corruption. Not to mention, inherent self-perpetuated disarray and decline through negative emotional reactions and struggles that can quickly undermine a young person through their intensity and the lack of a strong and firm foundation in place, as that takes years to cultivate under the best of circumstances. Infants and children are quite vulnerable and that is partly what maturation is for and why children need such a high degree of support all along the way. That is evident in terms of practical day-to-day physical demands and frailty that must be guarded and backstopped by parental oversight to keep children safe from danger or self-harm through accident and injury that might come about while unsupervised in doing something the child does not know could lead to harm, and so on. Perfection for humans is not possible and that means just what it says, there will be periods of time when all are vulnerable to any number of calamities, including spirit attachment and manipulation to undermine the individual and worsen their circumstances. This can become serious and lead to a downward spiral, as you know, if left unhealed. It takes but a moment for spirits to exploit when an infant drops their guard because they have a momentary emotional overwhelm, as they are coping with unpleasantness and lack the inner resources to do so with strength. So this is not a failing of parental duty or effectiveness, but simply reflects the reality that every life has its ups and downs and no one can foster and maintain a perfect safe haven for another.
