Unfortunately, there is an ongoing ramp-up of electromagnetic energies to confound people, to create inner turmoil in their bioenergy field, and this can have multiple consequences, including all of the symptoms you describe—mental confusion, irritability, emotional outbursts, varying and transient mood states that come and go, as well as physical problems of weakness, system upsets, and triggering of pain centers. This is something that can be countered with prayer work and using the Lightworker Healing Protocol but will require vigilance because it is ongoing and relentless as opposed to a random encounter with a perpetrator who then has moved on and only leaves in its wake a healing need that can be corrected to restore the person to a prior state of well-being. In this case, as soon as healing is applied, there are renewed attacks. This makes it particularly challenging to stay ahead of, and requires vigilant ongoing divine requests. The latest version of the Lightworker Healing Protocol does indeed have built-in a request for renewed application, so that is very, very useful in helping to moderate things, but there are still gaps in between when negative energies can get in and perturb things. This is why it is so very critical to deal with the problem at its roots and bring healing for the perpetrators, so they can stop this foolishness and stand down.
