A practitioner asks: “What percentage of the population is currently aware that ETs are ultimately at the top of the power structure on Earth?”

This is far less than 1% of human beings on the planet. While a growing number of people have come to believe there might well be direct interaction of extraterrestrials with the world in terms of being present at times, with all of the sightings of aerial phenomena the chief line of evidence, that is far from understanding the serious involvement and level of corruption through mind control manipulation of all the Earth's institutions and governmental bodies of importance for conducting human affairs and, in this case, limiting them and redirecting things in ways to actually be harmful, all of which is largely unnoticed by a complacent public.
