We have commented on this previously, that these are all plans well underway. It is not just a plan per se, but an ongoing operation that has been undertaken and is making inroads all around the world. It is a formal expression of the means for the agenda of disempowerment to gain traction and be carried out effectively using the governments and leadership throughout society to do the dirty work, the misdirection, the false leadership, the misguided plans and agendas doomed to fail, but costly and a drain on human capital as well, on and on. Each example of inefficiency where a false cause is elevated to be seen as crucial, and groups of people are led astray into a cul-de-sac that goes nowhere, are reinforcing the overall "prison farm" that is your world. People are marking time, doing make-work projects of all kinds, and engaging in self‑indulgence or attempts to improve things that are based, unfortunately, on faulty logic and doomed to fail. All of this drains away your power, limits effectiveness, and makes you more vulnerable to the corrupted systems employed having the downside you describe—creating arbitrary standards of conduct and a means to enforce infractions, having ways to track and locate people, and to punish them by commandeering their assets or their property, not to mention corrupting the legal system to harass and even imprison individuals deemed a threat to the government—all are a means of control and suppression. This enterprise is an aspect of the mind control program and how it is shaping thought to keep people under the thumb of the interlopers. All of their influence needs a huge healing effort to work on the instigators, and those in the chain of command carrying out the actual operations bringing it into being.
