As with each galaxy within the universe as a whole, the universe itself has a point of origin delineating the moment of creation to bring it into being. Keep in mind this was not the first creation of anything anywhere, but a recreation through a reworking of intentions taking into account all the learning from prior universes that had been created previously and served their purpose. So this point of origin you might think of as the "Central Sun" will have a residue of Creator’s consciousness because it has our stamp on it, having come from us, and that energy still persists as is true of all consciousness everywhere, that it persists and remains a creation as an extension of what has come before.
