A practitioner asks: “My sister’s best friend died under suspicious circumstances two years ago. I learned she had thrown herself off the 6th floor of her apartment building. No one really understands what happened.” Is she safely in the light? What caused her death?

Unfortunately, she is struggling as she is not yet in the light. She was a targeted individual and the inner bullying as well as external circumstances undermining her on a lifelong basis eventually took too great a toll. She was driven to the act of ending her life. It was impulsed by her handlers to give her the suggestion of a way to escape their bullying, so this was, in effect, a targeted killing.
