DWQA QuestionsCategory: Divinely Inspired MessengersA practitioner asks: “I find it odd sometimes that you do not speak about Jesus in your channelings, as He is God? Could you clarify this?” Who, exactly, is Jesus Christ? Is he God?

You may think of Jesus Christ as indistinguishable from the Almighty if that is part of your religious instruction and now a belief system within your being. Many have that notion because there are many with a more fundamentalist view of Jesus as the true energy of God in the flesh, at least for a time, and thus a being to be worshiped and to be sought out as an Ultimate Divine Source interchangeable with the Almighty or whatever name one might use for the Creator of All That Is. These are somewhat exaggerated notions based on the reality of the tremendous impact Jesus Christ had as a physical human, but possessing truly divine-level powers during his life that made him truly extraordinary and larger than life, literally, because he was able to perform miracles and had a presence and a reach, energetically and intellectually as well, far beyond the average person of his time. He was given special energy so that others would hold him in awe and, by virtue of being able to talk with us in his mind seamlessly, he had the greatest of advantages to be able to think on his feet, do a consult for problem-solving, and learn all he needed to know quite easily to give him an advantage in many situations where he was challenged or presented with a thorny problem. The many miracle healings he performed are evidence of the heightened capabilities he enjoyed as a divine representative, but that is truly what he was. He is a soul-based being just like you are. You are both an extension of our consciousness and therefore both divine, but you are a portion of our potential and far from the totality. So your channel here is talking to the Creator of All That Is and he has talked with Jesus Christ before as an individual soul being and knows this to be the case, that Jesus is a discrete entity in his own right who had an extraordinary mission life intended to create a powerful impression, and the fact that Jesus Christ is revered and worshiped 2000 years later is a testament to that mission life accomplishing its major objective. He was incarnated to demonstrate the reality of the divine through his words and deeds, including the miracles he performed. It was hoped he would survive and continue his ministry, but also recognized he was taking great risk in putting himself in harm's way and, indeed, the interlopers eventually targeted him and arranged for him to be arrested and then executed as a troublemaker. That was a good illustration that, in keeping with the rules of engagement, we have limited power in the human physical domain. We cannot force things on any being, good or bad, in how they comport themselves. We must work indirectly to help people progress and change, to learn and grow in order to change their ways if they have gone out of alignment. Just like Jesus Christ, you are at risk here as a physical human. You are fragile and you can be killed. Your belief in us will help you but it is not guaranteed that you will be shielded from anything and everything life might throw at you. But we are working to help all associated with GetWisdom and many, many others among the faithful to solve the problem of evil and win the day. This takes a unification of effort, a return to a Unity of Souls that has been fractured through dissension in the ranks, so to speak, because of the strategy of divide and conquer employed by the darkness. It is sad that Jesus Christ has become part of that divide and conquer strategy applied to religion. So while there are many who revere Christ and his messages, there are many, many others who hold other prophets in higher regard when all are worthy and all are deeply loved and valued by us. The fact it has become a beauty contest is an aberration and a distortion of thinking introduced by the darkness to drive a wedge between the religions.
