Your intuitive impressions are spot on. He indeed enjoyed benefits from your work for him and the impression you have of his experiencing well-being and inner peace and being in good hands is entirely correct on all counts. People leave the physical realm for many, many, reasons. When it is at a point that seems too young, that does not always mean there is something seriously amiss. Sometimes, a person has accomplished all they need to and simply wants to withdraw without going through the end of life decline that is so common. He would like very much for you to pass along a message that he loves his mother very much and wants her happiness above everything else. He wants her to know that he is eternally grateful for all of the sacrifices she made to give him life and shepherd him along. Even though he had a difficult time, that was not owing to her failing him in any respect, and this is the most important thing. He wants to reassure her that she did her best and that is all that could be asked of anyone. What he wants now is for her to continue growing in ways that will add happiness to her life, that it is never too late, and for her to know that God is with her and cheering her on, and that she will never be alone.
