A practitioner asks: “How long will the ascension process take? Will we be able to fly around the world and visit loved ones before we finally ascend to the New Earth, or is it an automatic journey outside of our direct voluntary control?” What can Creator tell us?

This is a process unlike physical death currently, where your spirit leaves the body and it is up to the spirit to find its way. In cooperation with the light callers, there can be a negotiated delay in the return to the higher astral realm to allow visiting loved ones still in the physical, attending a funeral, for example, but the purpose of ascension is to deliver you to an ascended world, and that will be the activity and goal underway once your turn comes. People will be learning that it is good to prepare for your departure, and that includes touching base with others you care about to pay respects, wish them well, say your goodbyes, and attend to loose ends knowing you will not be returning, and that should all be done in advance of the event itself.
