A practitioner asks: “Does our Creator go to the Universes of other Creators and vice versa? If not, why not? Are they not allowed to interfere or lend help if requested?”

We have answered this previously in the negative. The doings of a Creator are under their domain, and that is sacrosanct, it will not be invaded by another high-level Creator. You must trust that your Creator knows what is needed in a given circumstance of concern to you and will be able to take care of whatever is needed. If there are concerns or a desire for outside opinions, that can always be arranged by Creator but is not feasible to do from the human level, nor would it be appropriate because of established lines of authority. It is not appropriate or efficient, or likely to be effective in any event, should that be allowed to happen because the situations of concern to you are quite complex and local in terms of their specific origins and the interplay of many forces, and a complex past history underlying all that has happened and what the energies are projecting in the moment. So you are not overlooking a ready solution simply for want of asking, there is a strict boundary between divine domains that is maintained.
