This is already included in the Protocol. There are multiple requests to have the aims of the interlopers blocked and/or healed. They do many things of this kind directly and indirectly to human beings and you have them represented in the array of things you ask to be taken care of, including the imposition of subconscious programming as well as energetic manipulations, as well as the impingement of their energies in general. Anything they do to prepare for incursion into human energy or thought is automatically included in the attention given to raising them up and performing healing work. After all, there would be no point in healing anyone if it did not change their behavior in some respects and undo the consequences of past misbehavior. This is the whole key to the strategy that prioritizes healing the interlopers, that by doing so all of their negative effects on humanity as a whole would need to be healed and undone to free them from their karmic liabilities they inherited from their own actions.
