We can tell you without equivocation that it was your strong desire for this to happen, both impressing your boss with your earnestness, along with your outreach to the divine, primarily, to receive additional support to soften his strong inner conviction it was time to crack down on employees enjoying too much freedom and possibly taking advantage. This is only a natural inclination of supervisors everywhere; it creates doubt when people are more difficult to track and allowed too much latitude to be on their own and unsupervised directly. So those are growth pains and cultural conditioning, and that allows, in some instances, a change of heart with a wider acceptance for what would have been considered unconventional in the past, but has been found through experimentation forced by the pandemic to give it a try and, in many cases, see it is actually workable. So you can take credit for having done this by sticking with your convictions and fighting for your cause, especially being able to enlist high-level divine help as your ally. What we did for you cannot be done for everyone because they are not asking, and you are.
