A practitioner asks: “Can you give us a tutorial on how the free will mechanics apply between Creator and the targets of the Deep Subconscious Mind Reset?” What can Creator tell us?

What we would say to summarize this discussion is that your free will, as a soul-based being, is always uppermost in our awareness of the rules and will trump any consideration of ours, with respect to what we would like to see happen and what we are capable of instilling or inducing to happen, whether for a tremendous benefit that is even lifesaving, or a smaller matter that will make no difference. What matters is that you are in charge and not us, you have the last word and not us, and you will always have choices to accept or reject anything we do or say. The first level of self-management and control is your higher self. Before we approach any level of your being, we talk to the higher self to discuss what we are planning, where we see it leading, potentially, in terms of consequences, so the agenda is clear and the expected outcome. We always make the request to obtain the higher self's permission to proceed and will always honor a refusal because the higher self is formally in charge of your welfare, and that is one of the most important rules of engagement, that the higher self has local authority, totally, in governing what the divine can do or not do to interact as well as the details in how much can be done. From there, we must proceed gingerly to never be leading but always indirect, as an offering, so that we cultivate a relationship that allows the level of consciousness we are working on, whether that of the subconscious, the deep subconscious, cellular consciousness, an organ or tissue level or even individual cells, one by one, we cannot override conscious will and conscious choice at any level of your being. It will be up to your consciousness, always, in what happens with respect to engaging with us and cooperating. So one important lesson here is there are many, many checks and balances respecting your sovereignty as a divine extension of us with rights and privileges. You will also have personal accountability and that is true at all levels of your being. So a faulty set of beliefs and impaired soul attributes within cells of the body, if malfunctioning, will generate negative karma because it will not be operating efficiently and meeting its charter to protect and advance the interests of the soul. So any kind of failure will have a karmic consequence, potentially, and this will be noted and recorded in the akashic records. This is now the level of the self-regulation we have described a number of times, that the Law of Karma will oversee all that happens and bring either benefits or challenges back around to the individual in response to things they do of value to the self or others, which are rewarded, versus challenges that will reawaken old karmic wounds to motivate working on healing to overcome the new symptoms that are arising as a kind of cry for help demanding attention. To not be leading and to honor self-determination, we must reckon with this ongoing inner dynamic to not interfere carelessly or recklessly, but to work within those self-chosen constraints. We can begin to work on other timelines, for example, and leave the present entirely alone for the time being while we work towards gaining greater trust, better communication, and awareness we are there to help and begin gaining some measure of acceptance with our offerings of inspiration and guidance so that eventually we win over a resistant part of you so things can proceed more quickly. There is always a campaign of sorts that must be launched to address all of these competing interests, conflicting energies and agendas, and work to bring things back into a better overall alignment so, in the end, your agenda becomes aligned with ours, and that is when rapid progress can take place, and the healing that happens under those conditions will very likely bring a lessening of symptoms and a quick resolution of an ongoing problem.
