It is possible, but a delicate matter at best because of the many, many entanglements and the consequences for interfering with the intentions of soul-based beings underway prior to your entry into the scheme of things with a global request for enhanced safety. So we are not saying "no" to the idea, only wanting to put in perspective that this is not a perfect solution to keep them safe from their own choices to take risks. The real achievement of strong protection would be changing their minds and hearts, and the karmic energies making them vulnerable to begin with. The analogy would be requesting for individuals who have substance abuse habits be shielded from temptation so they will not be tempted by drug dealers drawing them back into indulging in their habit. In most cases, the free will choice will be to seek out that source of temptation on their own. Because we cannot go against their intention, your request for them to be shielded from temptation will be thwarted quite readily.
