In a sense, the karmic penalty is only the proportionality between your contributions and your rewards. So if you fail to work major miracles on a routine basis, the karmic benefits returning to you will be somewhat diminished compared to the fullest possible potential. So this does not mean you will suffer and be harmed, it only means the level of rewards will be somewhat reduced. So the penalty is very minor indeed and not worth worrying about. When you are doing good work, you will be benefitting others and you will benefit your own soul. If you are somewhat less adept, less careful, less thorough, less powerful in how you go about this, it simply means the degree of karmic benefit to you may be somewhat less, but this is not something to be feared, it is simply the nature of things that all are not equal, so each will have a place and each will have a share, but those shares may vary according to their contributions and their potential to contribute more energy in some way than others. None are left out, none will suffer when things are fully in balance—that is what humanity is working towards. If you are contributing in a positive way, that is what matters and you will only be experiencing benefits and not liabilities.
