A practitioner asks: “Are there times when the Divine chooses not to remove the spirit meddler attachments requested in the Lightworker Healing Protocol because the client is a Targeted Individual (TI) and such an intervention would be seen by the ETs and bring harsher penalties? Can the same be said in the non-healing of TIs as such an occurrence could bring great difficulties into their lives and even cause them to be killed?” What can Creator tell us?

We have commented a number of times about the latter circumstance, that healing is a delicate matter, and we are often limited in what we can do quickly in order to prevent a backlash by those targeting a victim. With respect to spirit meddlers, this is less critical because it will not be expected nor detected that a targeted individual themselves had anything to do with spirit meddlers being AWOL, so that is a less risky thing for us to do unilaterally. Spirit meddlers are self-serving to begin with and are an unruly group to commandeer and press into what is, in effect, a kind of slavery by the interlopers. When it is mutually beneficial, the spirit meddlers will cooperate, but they are not the most reliable of beings so this is less of a concern to remove them as a consistent action using the protocols. For the present time at least, there are still many, many spirit meddlers out and about who can be invited to attack someone who exhibits a departure of those other spirits.
