A practitioner asks: “Are there other beings in our galaxy who are praying to Creator for help with their problems? If so, can we add them to our prayers in reaching the desired quorum?”

Unfortunately, there are no civilizations remaining who are in alignment with the divine knowingly, that is why they are of little use as a resource in the way you imagine. You are the youngest of intelligent species, so those who preceded you have been corrupted long ago and either eliminated entirely or largely, through annihilation, or through becoming secular, and having some other attributes to the liking of the Extraterrestrial Alliance, have been allowed to continue their existence. But this is really more as slaves than free beings who can enjoy their autonomy and determine their own future. There are many worlds paying tribute to the Extraterrestrial Alliance; none are happy, all are suppressed and subjugated, and this is true of the members of the respective societies within the Extraterrestrial Alliance, because it is a power hierarchy where those at the top dominate and subjugate their fellows, to keep them in line and hold the power of reward or punishment over all in their world, and rule through fear. This is not truly a life even worth living. So none of these other worlds are in a position to join the healing effort because they are no longer spiritual, in any meaningful sense, and are unable to partner with Creator, as humans can do, at least those with belief.
