A practitioner asks: “After the interlopers withdraw, will Targeted Individuals (TIs) begin to experience increased energy, less fatigue, and overall general wellbeing? Will this be a new state of freedom and ease that TIs have hardly experienced in this lifetime, due to targeting since birth?” What can Creator tell us?

This will, indeed, happen as a benefit of the break in the action, so to speak, so those most heavily manipulated and punished by the interlopers will get a reprieve, and healing for them will become much more feasible without the steady headwinds of relentless manipulation by the targeting done currently. Just as humanity will be able to ascend, the targeted individuals will eventually take part as well through their healing.
