A practitioner asks: “After the ETs leave, will all targeted individuals suddenly stop being targeted? Or will those programs and the targeting remote weapons continue on?” What can Creator tell us?

There will be an immediate cessation of extreme manipulations done by the extraterrestrials themselves, such as the use of directed energies to cause physical pain as well as direct psychic manipulation of the deep subconscious and the various plots and schemes to direct the spirit meddlers for targeted attacks, and so on. There will be a residual legacy of corrupted inner beliefs for the targeted person to still doubt themselves in whatever way that has crept in. Those around the targeted individuals, who have been manipulated to want to harm them, will still carry those negative beliefs in judging their fellow beings and finding them wanting, and using them as a target of scorn or exclusion, and will need considerable karmic repair and healing work to undo the corruption. So this will not be an immediate lifting of all negativity from the targeted individuals, but it will get underway to become a sea change, especially when enough deep healing is in place to begin to resolve enough of the trauma to relieve their suffering and inner vulnerability and low expectations they are accustomed to in being victimized.
