The very best answer for this is work with the Lightworker Healing Protocol. Your channel is also doing work on your behalf behind the scenes, and this will enhance the effectiveness of your own sessions, as well as the work, independently, on your behalf counting in your favor, not to mention all the leveraging within the LHP itself, to pool the intentions of many other practitioners and the many sessions done over all of time. That leveraging is real. The only drawback is, it is slow in coming because the implementation must be done very carefully within ground rules about free will, to not disturb things too unduly, as groundwork is laid, to not disrupt too many karmic imperatives. That is what takes time in working up to performing an actual change or replacement behavior to obtain a differing outcome. We understand this leads to much frustration and even, many times, an undermining of one's faith in the divine when so much prayer and healing request work seems to be ineffectual.
