Because helpers are so focused on the happiness and well-being of those around them, it would make sense that would likely be more conservative and risk-averse than perhaps any other role. This would also perhaps make them more susceptible to experience anxiety about the health, happiness, and welfare of those close to them. Is the stereotypical “worry wart” likely a helper? What can Creator tell us?

It needs to be re-emphasized, that these roles have nothing to do with intelligence. Most doctors (or a significant percentage) and veterinarians are helpers, occupations that require great intelligence. What is Creator’s perspective?

It would seem helper types are not good at being alone for long stretches. As cruel as solitary confinement is, it might be the most cruel to do that to a helper. Helpers have a need to be around people and even animals. Yet, are also often aware of their shortcomings as not being as gabby as orators, or as entertaining and interesting as artists, athletes, researchers, etc. This would fuel their desire to be “useful” and be the ones walking around with the coffee pot asking if anyone wants a refill (when all their cups were already full!). What advice can Creator give to others on how to best understand, value, and reward the helper types in their lives without compromising their own needs and wants, and not coming up short in the process?

A recent experiment had a male set up an attractive female profile, and it generated 20,000 matches in a just a few hours. A similar reverse experiment set up by a female thinking she could prove there was a level playing field, generated only a few dozen matches to the male profile she created, in the span of an entire month, and none of those turned into an actual date. Sixty percent of college graduates today are women. Women are increasingly filling managerial roles and displacing men in numerous professional occupations such as law and medicine. Men, by and large, have no issues “dating down” and entering relationships with women who earn much less than they do, and who are even unemployed altogether. Whereas, the opposite is almost never true for successful women. Overwhelmingly, they hold out and say yes only to men who make as much or preferably more than they do, who are taller than they are (or at least not shorter), and more “successful and worldly,” however they might personally define that. The result is that more and more women are chasing fewer and fewer “qualified” men. They are literally pricing themselves out of the dating market. What is Creator’s perspective?

The dating scene is especially problematic, and even deeply traumatic, for single mothers of all ages. With the divorce rate above 50%, along with the huge number of births happening out of wedlock, it’s reaching the point where more children are being raised by single mothers than are being raised by married cohabiting biological parents. Overwhelmingly, most single men, and more often than that, the more desirable single men, want nothing to do with a single mother. Men, by and large, would rather not raise another man’s children and need to be really incentivized to do so. This is a problem that just seems to keep getting worse, not better. We’ve already probed the problem of dating for successful women, but it’s especially difficult for older successful women (and older women in general). This is so because the majority of successful and compatible men their own age are either already in successful relationships or choose to date much younger (and therefore more attractive) women, sometimes decades younger. As a result, many of these older single women are desperately lonely and find themselves making do as best they can with women friends and even pets. The stereotype of the single cat lady is on point. What is Creator’s perspective?
