Another assault using a vehicle was reported in the New Orleans French Quarter on New Year’s Eve, when a pickup truck reportedly driven by a US citizen, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, plowed through a crowd of revelers for several blocks at high speed, killing 15 people and injuring dozens. The driver also shot into the crowd and at police with an assault rifle and was killed. Surveillance cameras revealed he had spread improvised explosive devices at the location prior to the truck attack. He was reportedly a U.S. Army veteran but had an Islamic State flag on his truck. What caused him to go on this rampage?

A practitioner asks: “About my 1-year-old son; for a while now, he has red bumps on his feet, legs, arms and butt. Sometimes it seems to go away and become less, but returns.
