A viewer asks: “I had a few recent dreams of experiencing a power outage and watching on TV a young man smiling and then seeing the pupils of his eyes turn from round into vertical like a reptile. There was no subtlety about it. This coincided with my daughter on a camping trip with her boyfriend encountering a garter snake while trying to sleep. It disturbed her greatly as you can imagine. What was the significance of these events? Was this to help prepare me for the coming events somehow?”

A viewer asks: “Which kind of animal has a soul? I understand that the interlopers brought in things such as spiders, snakes and mosquitos that could harm or irritate us, but have often wondered to what extent they might or might not have a soul. Do non-souls simply return to energy? If a person harms an animal, say step on an ant or suck up a spider in a vacuum-cleaner by mistake or carelessness, is this reflected in my karma?
