He cites scientific studies showing greater gratitude scores were associated with: lower hemoglobin A1c blood levels, a marker of blood sugar control in diabetics; improvements in heart rate variability scores reflecting balance of the autonomic nervous system; and higher heart rate variability correlates with lower risk of cardiovascular disease and overall better health. Healthcare workers and teachers who practice gratitude have less burnout; gratitude increases mental well-being, which can help boost the immune system and help fend off illnesses; practicing gratitude has been shown to help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, while also improving mood; gratitude practices can boost optimism, which has been connected to factors consistent with healthy aging: less chronic disease, healthy cognitive function, and good physical function. Are the mechanisms causing these benefits from practicing gratitude purely physiologic or are other factors entering in, assuming these are valid findings?ClosedNicola asked 2 years ago • Non-Local Consciousness240 views0 answers0 votesDr. Richard Gerhauser says practicing gratitude can be done by keeping a journal, a daily list of things one is grateful for. Things written down can be put in a gratitude jar as a visual reminder. Other approaches include meditation and prayer. What is Creator’s perspective on how best to benefit from an attitude of gratitude?ClosedNicola asked 2 years ago • Non-Local Consciousness255 views0 answers0 votesA client has not improved following our Lightworker Healing Protocol session. She says, “The thoughts just keep coming and at times with greater force.” What more can we do to help?ClosedNicola asked 2 years ago • Lightworker Healing Protocol178 views0 answers0 votesA practitioner asks: “Creator, after 2 years working from home my boss asked me to return to the office. The energy of that office is dense and it made me sick for many years before 2020, and just thinking of going back gave me a lot of stress. I wrote to my boss explaining the benefits for him of me working remotely, but he didn’t answer back all week. I consulted an intuitive friend and she told me that probably I would have to compromise and go back for a few days a week. Every cell of my body rejected that notion. I prayed hard, did the Lightworker Healing Protocol, and asked God to keep me home, and that is what finally happened. Did I change course or fate with my strong conviction and the LHP or was it always the best option?”ClosedNicola asked 2 years ago • Prayer205 views0 answers0 votesSource Creator, why can new clients expect to have equal benefit from a Lightworker Healing Protocol session done by my partner, Denny Hunt, as would be done by me personally?ClosedNicola asked 2 years ago • Lightworker Healing Protocol203 views0 answers0 votesA practitioner asks: “I recently watched the film regarding the Cokeville, Wyoming bombing in an elementary school. All children and teachers got out alive with no serious injuries. Some of the kids afterwards commented on how they saw their deceased ancestors, who they thought were angels, but ended up being family members they had never met before until they saw them in old family photos and some kids also saw angels. Before the bomb went off, all kids and teachers prayed. Did the quorum of prayers, as well as people watching on the news, actually save them? So if nobody prayed would the kids not have seen their ancestors coming to rescue them and would have all died?”ClosedNicola asked 2 years ago • Prayer176 views0 answers0 votesWhen should you postpone doing an Lightworker Healing Protocol session because you’re sick, very tired or some other distractions because you would affect the strength of your intention?ClosedNicola asked 2 years ago • Lightworker Healing Protocol168 views0 answers0 votesA practitioner writes: “I think one of the things that helps make a prayer effective is that there’s a distinction between the idea of faith versus assumption of result. If you put air in a tire the assumption-of-result is it will fill up with air. If it doesn’t fill up with air then the natural thing would be to check for leaks then fill it up again, and the assumption is that if you do that enough it will definitely work at some point. When I looked back in the sky, I was not wondering about the idea of strength of faith but just checking as a matter of practicality if I need to repeat the prayer. I wonder if, because time is nonlinear, the success of the original prayer is determined, at least in part, by the mindset when the person looks at the result. If the mindset is about the idea of testing to see if the prayer caused the divine to act, then it is less effective since that is tied to the idea of the requester trying to train the divine which is backwards. On the other hand, if the mindset is checking to see if the requester needs to fill in gaps or add more of their own contribution, then the original prayer is more effective. In that case, the requester is checking their own performance and not on the divine’s performance. This gives the green light to go back in time and make the prayer work instantly, or perhaps shift timelines, or however it works.” Is this an accurate analysis? What is Creator’s perspective?ClosedNicola asked 2 years ago • Prayer188 views0 answers0 votesA client asks: “I am writing about my brother. He does not show any change outwardly since the sessions using Deep Subconscious Channeling with Trauma Resolution. That does not rule out inward progress. I call him about twice a week, and also discuss with family members in contact with him. They do not perceive any change. I am wondering about what to do next. Options might be 1) nothing, 2) wait and see, 3) do another round of deep subconscious sessions.” What is Creator’s perspective?ClosedNicola asked 2 years ago • Subconscious Channeling202 views0 answers0 votesWould there be a greater success rate by would-be channelers in developing ability to channel the deep subconscious mind of themselves and others, than in channeling the higher self or Creator, as the latter are in the divine realm? Can more deep subconscious channelers be trained to do healing work than channeling high-level beings?ClosedNicola asked 2 years ago • Subconscious Channeling223 views0 answers0 votesWhat issues were cleared by the Lightworker Healing Protocol session I just did for the property being listed for sale?ClosedNicola asked 2 years ago • Human Lost Soul Spirits228 views0 answers0 votesWhat issues were cleared by the Lightworker Healing Protocol session I did for the second property just being put on the market?
