Are cooked foods that contain milk potentially dangerous, or will significant heating inactivate any contaminating harmful viruses?

This was very bad news to me as I have been moving towards a more carnivore-style diet for the time being and dairy is a big part of that. I’m so confused about how to proceed because it seems things we had previously thought were safe now are not again. We also pray for protection and benefit to come from our foods and beverages. What of that? This world seems so trying it’s almost not worth the effort! Are the viruses causing the wide array of chronic illnesses in humans, resistant to degradation during transit through the stomach?

Looking at the history of the dairy industry, it is clear that the U.S. government was instrumental in promoting milk consumption by children in public schools, universally. Similar actions occurred in the UK, Australia, etc. While there were powerful commercial vested interests in supporting these policies, is there a deeper, sinister influence behind making cow’s milk such a nutritional cornerstone?
