A viewer asks: “Is it really safe to eat all of the fat that comes from cooked regular hamburger and to prefer fatty cuts of meat? Several cardiac surgeons famously became vegans after seeing all of the seeming sludge in people’s arteries back in the day, from eating a diet full of fast food—mostly fatty carbs and sugar. Now many carnivore advocates say to get as much fat as you can, so I eat the fat that comes off the meat. It tastes good but I wonder if I’m tempting fate.” What can we tell him?

He asks: “With a more meat-based diet, my body is not expelling much waste. I’ve always noticed that for my dog who’s on a raw meat and veggie diet (that’s partially cooked mind you), and bathroom trips are not that much fun! When I get to the desired weight and health goals, I have planned to reintroduce some carbohydrates and vegetables for a more varied diet. Just like the belief in Creator, there appear to be opponents to this diet. Some doctors and other advocates for the diet on YouTube are attacked for these beliefs. Since before agriculture, I do not believe that humans look or feel as bad as they do now while addicted to sugar and carbs. Is there an ET Alliance attack on this diet? A practitioner writes: “This morning during my LHP, somewhere around the third paragraph, it occurred to me to stop and say the following: ‘God, together let’s forgive everybody and everything that’s ever hurt me. Together let’s forgive me for hurting other beings and together let’s forgive me – I forgive myself for hurting/ harming myself. I forgive all other beings that have harmed me. Let’s do this together, so we can ALL be free.’ I started hearing so many voices coming from different directions but not voices in the room I could hear them coming from different directions but not with my ears, I was hearing with something else. Partial sentences, so they’re meaningless. I can’t tell what is being said. I’m aware there’s some horrible, horrible stuff that’s gone on out there … Do I really forgive? Unless there is divinely intervened healing, I suspect my deep subconscious isn’t going to be as willing to forgive and forget just because I say so … OR IS IT? Is forgiveness implied in the LHP when we use the words ‘heal,’ ‘healing,’ or ‘transmute?'”
