A viewer asks: “My question is regarding my nose: I have always been insecure about it and have never truly felt comfortable with my face as a result, even though I know I am beautiful and others think so as well. I want to know if getting surgery such as rhinoplasty is bad and will it affect my karma? There are many good surgeons out there and many people I know who have had it done and are happy. But I am worried it will change my face and also worried about the karmic consequences.” What can we tell her?
