This constriction reduces circulation to the foot where degradation of the tissue happens which causes heel pain. Others say it’s too much pressure on the heel from overuse, being overweight, or improper shoe arch which causes inflammation and thus heel pain. This is a problem I’ve suffered for years. Is this condition caused by a virus or something else?”ClosedNicola asked 1 week ago • Extraterrestrial Interlopers25 views0 answers0 votesA viewer asks: “What can help alleviate the tremendous pain from my plantar fasciitis? I’ve tried cortisone shots, medication, orthotics, massage, yoga, ice, sound waves, stretching, and wider shoes, to no avail.”ClosedNicola asked 1 week ago • Extraterrestrial Interlopers24 views0 answers0 votesConolidine is one of 64 powerful indole alkaloids found inside the ancient plant Tabernaemontana divaricata or more commonly known as “crepe jasmine.” Historically, this plant has been used since ancient times as a powerful pain reliever and is a staple in Chinese, Ayurvedic, and Thai medicine. Studies have confirmed that conolidine is nearly as potent as morphine in alleviating inflammatory and acute pain but is non-addicting, with few, if any, side effects. I feel like I’m between a rock and a hard place here. My doctors recommend using a different medication, but I don’t see how that would change anything for the better. The best I have been able to come up with is to slow down my attempts to wean off of this, keep using the Lightworker Healing Protocol as much as possible, along with healthy meds such as CBD and good diet and exercise; and some helpful supplements I purchase from the Kryon group. I hate to say it, but possibly use some pot very judiciously to help sleep once in a while. My main concern is leaving myself vulnerable to attacks. However, I don’t know how effective my LHPs are anymore, considering how long I’ve allowed this struggle to go on. I know this is bordering on what GetWisdom can and can’t offer. But any advice or suggestions would be most welcome. I’m just hoping to come up with a feasible plan with some help from the Divine.” What can we tell him?ClosedNicola asked 4 years ago • Healing Modalities345 views0 answers0 votes
