My Texas Superfood Supplement has a recommended dose of 2 capsules twice a day. Can I get an equivalent benefit by just taking 2 capsules once a day if I follow the recommended prayer routine that included nutritional augmentation? This would make it more affordable for continued use, by cutting the cost in half.
