A practitioner [name withheld] asks: “Myself, some friends, and family members have been suffering from low energy and mental confusion for the past few months here in California. I know of a few people in my circle who have recently fallen into the 50:50 category and are lashing out at their families. I cleared my friend’s wife, but she is still on a tear. I had a Biofeedback Computer Analysis last week which presented the term “Electronic Fog” as a primary issue with me. My guess would be the 5G system, or HAARP. Are you aware of anything going on that may be causing these problems?” What can we tell him?
