In reading how the belief took hold in society that fat in the diet is dangerous, even a cause of cancer, it seems to have been embraced by the government prior to there being solid evidence. The same is true for the belief salt is dangerous and a cause of hypertension. Were either or both of these dietary substances being promoted as dangerous, a disinformation campaign to actually cause trouble by restricting them in the diet when they are in fact essential for health?

A client asks: “My son’s back is much better. Many thanks to you and your “team.” He is in the midst of doing a graphic design job as a “trial” to hopefully get hired for his dream job. I am feeling that perhaps this Friday, the subconscious channeling should be about the pattern of “self-sabotage.” In the past, when he was at the precipice of moving forward into something that truly lights him up and feels made for him, something happened to stop it. (Either his back would go out, or he would have some kind of mental issue. Or suddenly, without warning, he lost the internship.) I’m hoping we can help him break that sabotaging pattern. A client asks: “My best friend died in early 2020 from early onset Alzheimer’s. She was two years younger than me. She has been in some of my dreams recently. I always wonder if it’s her really coming to me in my dream. I have all of this guilt that I didn’t see her these past two years. I was busy with my own family issues and then there was COVID. I don’t even understand how she got this horrible disease. It wasn’t something that was in her family. I know she is okay now, but it makes me sad and mad that she had this diagnosis.” Is her friend really okay? Have there been actual dream visitations?
