On one of my trips back to Italy, many years ago, I went with my wife to the Monastery where he lived his austere, simple, and humble life, helping many, many people. I also visited the small room where he used to live in the convent with a big Cross over his bed and only a small table and a chair for furniture. I then went to see his embalmed body kept in a coffin with a glass top in the Church. Experiencing where he spent most of his life, his tiny room, and seeing him displayed, I was overwhelmed with a strong feeling of love for this great man, how he lived his life, for all the help he gave to others. I just listened to a Dr. Steven Gundry presentation on his supplement, Total Restore, designed to counter Leaky Gut. Is his scientific explanation of this syndrome accurate, that it is caused by disruption of the gut lining by lectins, creating gaps that permit uptake of endotoxins and other microbial products that spread through the body and damage many tissues? Is this a significant source of inflammation?

A viewer asks: “I get nightmares about test taking. I fail simple tests. I got very poor standardized test scores. I freak out and get panic attacks even with a simple test. For example, I would do okay when I am doing accounting by myself (after a lot of struggle), but not taking a test for accounting…I’m even very poor with test taking outside of academics. For example, if you would ask me to make a simple cup of coffee and present it like a test, there is a 99% chance, I will mess it up. I also have issues in giving job interviews, I freak out and I even faint sometimes.” Is this anxiety a consequence of her being a targeted individual?
