He was not interested in providing money for booze and cigarettes. A woman on the street was shrieking “HELP ME! I’M HUNGRY!” Our would-be good samaritan offered to take her right then and there and buy her a sandwich. She declined and asked for money instead. He said, “no” and repeated his offer. This went back and forth for a couple rounds, but he stuck to his offer and refused to give her money. Suddenly she just “blew up” at him, swearing at him and telling him where to go (in so many words). Who was wrong here? Both of them perhaps?ClosedNicola asked 4 years ago • Karma340 views0 answers0 votesThere was a career panhandler in a big midwestern city that would hold a cup at the same spot every day and say “Help the HomeLESS!” He’d been doing this for years – even decades. A fixture almost as much as the light post he leaned against. Turned out, he wasn’t truly homeless at all, and shared a rather expensive apartment with another career panhandler. When asked about the apparent hypocrisy, he said simply that he rented rather than owned, so he wasn’t really lying. The problem is this individual and his partner help to reinforce the impression that many if not most homeless were not in the dire straits they appear to be in. What is the divine perspective on this type of career?ClosedNicola asked 4 years ago • Karma324 views0 answers0 votesA man was portrayed on a 60 Minutes television episode back in the 1980s, who would dress like a bum and drive to his favorite spot in his own newer car, park the car out of sight, and work a freeway entrance ramp. He was observed by a reporter to leave the spot every couple of hours to make a call at a payphone. He was approached and asked who he was calling. Turned out it was his stockbroker. He confessed he made approximately $60,000 a year panhandling (in the 1980s when $60,000 was an above-average income) and had a very successful investment portfolio. When challenged, he failed to see any moral dilemma in what he was doing, but in managing a successful stock portfolio, he was clearly capable of performing successfully in a more traditional occupation. What are the karmic implications of that man’s occupational choice?ClosedNicola asked 4 years ago • Karma317 views0 answers0 votesThose wanting to be good samaritans would decline if they knew they were simply fattening someone’s portfolio and of course most panhandlers are truly homeless and in need of assistance. Yet the desire not to be taken advantage of is strong in most people and presents a genuine moral conflict for many. What advice can Creator give to those wanting to help the truly needy? When one gives to a beggar, does the REAL condition of the recipient have any bearing on the good karma earned by the donor?ClosedNicola asked 4 years ago • Karma296 views0 answers0 votesA worker in a large city can run an obstacle course of multiple panhandlers twice a day going to and from the office. Many times both people will pretend not to recognize the other, which can reach heights of absurdity as this can go on for years. The career panhandlers are daily intruding on the privacy of the commuters who simply want to be left alone in peace and quiet but are constantly exposed to this twice a day for years. As no one with an average salary can possibly give to everyone asking them daily for handouts, what are the karmic implications of ignoring such recurring pleas? How can Creator help the simple commuter make a moral choice?ClosedNicola asked 4 years ago • Karma312 views0 answers0 votes“Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.” When it comes to the homeless, are we collectively failing to teach them how to fish?ClosedNicola asked 4 years ago • Karma294 views0 answers0 votesA century ago, it was mostly charities and churches that were looked to to provide help for those in need. Today many look to governments to provide help for the needy and many are failing to do an adequate job. Was having the governments step in to help a mixed motive undertaking? Was the goal to create further distance between the donors and the recipients?ClosedNicola asked 4 years ago • Karma265 views0 answers0 votesWhat is Creator’s perspective on the welfare state?ClosedNicola asked 4 years ago • Karma353 views0 answers0 votesHow can prayer and the Lightworker Healing Protocol help to someday fully resolve the problem of homelessness?ClosedNicola asked 4 years ago • Karma298 views0 answers0 votesA viewer asks: “Is the following wording change of benefit to the Protocol: Instead of “Source Creator, charge any interfering energy vortex with positive energy so it will only benefit the beings at client locations,” update this as “Source Creator, charge or change any interfering energy vortex at the client location to the energy needed to benefit the entire Earth and its inhabitants?”ClosedNicola asked 4 years ago • Lightworker Healing Protocol246 views0 answers0 votesA viewer asks: “What is the cause of the overall gross decline in CO2 over at least the past 140 million years? Was this Creator preparing the nest for humans and the ecosystems supporting us?”ClosedNicola asked 4 years ago • Extraterrestrial Agenda343 views0 answers0 votesAnother channeler predicts: “January 2020 – financial breakdown begins to go exponential and accelerate. Visible everywhere, but mainstream media will utterly ignore it. Media will be tit-for-tat politics 24/07 with each side talking about the crimes of the other side, and no one talking about the collapse that is happening around everyone. China wants and will trigger the collapse as it sees this as the means to its global ambitious ends. It utterly does not matter who wins the election. The other side will not accept the results, and there will be widespread violence. As the financial crisis accelerates, CRIME will accelerate with it. As people become more and more desperate for money and food, home invasions, armed robberies, muggings, will rise accordingly. Mental illness and anxiety and stress and utter desperation will rise to levels simply not experienced by this generation. As more and more brick and mortar retail goes under, people will have to turn more and more to Amazon to deliver essentials. But guess what? If you happen to have a bad “social credit” score due to your Internet posting history, NO DELIVERIES FOR YOU. By end of 2020 and into 2021, mass movement of people begins as the urban and suburban unemployed and imminently homeless, pack up what they can bring in a car and trailer (if they can find one) and head to rural relatives better situated. This will mirror the mass migrations of the Great Depression (John Steinbeck’s – The Grapes of Wrath), only MUCH WORSE. Others with no place to go will simply wander until the gas and money run out. All this will make the 2018 financial crisis look like a walk in the park. 2022 – Massive deadly EPIDEMIC(S) as massive homelessness, lack of healthcare, lack of proper nutrition and poor sanitary conditions start making the entire globe like the streets of San Francisco and Los Angeles. With trash and open sewage everywhere, rats return with their fleas.” Is this an accurate prediction and timeline of what’s coming?”ClosedNicola asked 4 years ago • Channeling Pitfalls409 views0 answers0 votesIn the physical universe, almost everything can be considered a “resource” whose availability is ultimately limited by either actual rarity, limited access, or compromise. Adrift on the ocean, water is plentiful, but “drinking water” is limited. Competition for limited resources seems to be the primary challenge for every level of physical life (and to some extent even “non-physical” as dark spirits need life-force energy). Is one of the primary purposes for all life forms in the physical world, the exploration of scarcity and competition?ClosedNicola asked 4 years ago • Divine Guidance384 views0 answers0 votesA student asks: “Unable to sustain myself, I have applied for teaching jobs, the one thing for which I have qualifications, or so I thought as well as applying to new schools. I have applied for jobs at schools where I have previously taught, even been head of the department, only to not be granted so much as an interview. A part of me says, “well, I guess you’re meant to stay on this healing path.” The other part, or perhaps the same part, asks, “well then, show me how to make it work, how to earn enough to thrive?” No amount of prayers seem to be yielding any fruit. Can you please ask Source/Creator why this is so? Is Source/Creator able to dissolve the karmic debt, any hindering contract that continues to keep me disconnected from hearing/seeing Source/Creator’s responses?ClosedNicola asked 4 years ago • Prayer491 views0 answers0 votes
