We have been requesting for a long time that future enhancements of the LHP be shared across time for use in all present and past sessions. So, have the latest major enhancements in the power and reach of the LHP already been underway as a result of all the prior sessions that have taken place thus far, or do those just get redone now? If not fully enacted, can you give us a tutorial explaining the value of requesting that all sessions, past, present, and future, be amplified by including future additions to the Protocol?

I have a feeling that Elon Musk is planned to play a role in the extraterrestrial Disclosure event, by coming forward and revealing he is an extraterrestrial himself. All commercial aviation in the U.S. was halted the other day for only the second time in history, and for unclear reasons. There were reports of a similar unplanned grounding of flights in Canada, and another in the Philippines, all within days. There was speculation that a criminal hacker corrupting the aviation cyber systems had asked for ransom payments from the governments. Is that true?
