Is there a plan, backed by the World Economic Forum, to control content on the Internet using AI governance so it will alert intelligence and policing agencies whenever anyone is observed doing something unacceptable in terms of censorship guidelines? Is this a corruption of human affairs by the interlopers to use our own governments to exert power and control over the masses and limit personal freedom?

The Russian-speaking cybercriminal gang known as AlphV and Blackcat, claimed responsibility for the cyberattack against Change Healthcare and said on its darkweb site that it exfiltrated 6 TB of data. Observers saw a subsequent 22 million dollar Bitcoin payment to a blockchain ledger associated with that group of hackers, so it appears a ransom was paid. Were they the true culprits? Were the extraterrestrials even involved?

It was reported in the news that “the U.S. government has arbitrarily decided it will no longer conduct safety research on wireless radiation, abruptly halting the National Toxicology Project… Despite that 10-year, $30M project finding increases in cancer, heart damage and DNA damage from exposure to cell phone RF radiation at common levels.” You have cautioned us for years that these emissions cause cancer. We saw an announcement saying: “Change Healthcare, an affiliate of Optum and UnitedHealthcare, experienced a cyberattack last week. This is significant because Change operates the nation’s largest medical electronic data interchange (or EDI), a network that allows for the transmission of claims data back and forth between insurance companies and hospitals, pharmacies, doctors’ offices and other healthcare providers seeking payment for their services. Among the types of transactions processed daily through Change are patient eligibility verification, clinical pre-authorizations, claims submissions, and payments to providers for services rendered. Change is a vital link between providers and insurers, processing more than 15 billion healthcare transactions annually. In 2022, the U.S. Department of Justice noted that over 50% of all U.S. medical claims pass through or touch Change’s EDI clearinghouse, and we suspect that number has only increased since then.” Is this just a human malicious attack, or is it related to the plan of the interlopers to weaken us by disrupting our technology?
