Looking at photos of people one hundred years ago, you are looking at fully developed men and women. Today quite a percentage of men look boyish and the women look girly. There are exceptions to that of course. Now the question: What’s behind this phenomenon and why do some individuals become fully mature men and women whereas others do not?
