I felt an increase in connection and energy from speaking out the Protocol from memory. At the time I was driving to a job an hour away from where I was living and did an LHP on my way (on the freeway). I have asked Creator to show me if my sessions while driving are effective as I have heard that it is important to not be distracted and be in a quiet place while doing a session. I felt encouragement. I have recently moved and now drive almost 30 minutes to work each way. My preference to do an LHP session is to do them seated without disturbance. However, my time and energy is more limited nowadays and often start my session at home and finish it on the road. I am currently learning the new additions to the protocol.
