I have been having thoughts about human vulnerability, being so dependent on the electrical grid for all commerce and communication and knowing the Extraterrestrial Alliance could shut it down. Is it a good idea to have survival food on hand for such an eventuality or is this just an unnecessary fear?

In terms of the big picture mechanistically, when things like physical illness manifests from past life or parallel life karmic trauma, what is the sequence of events?
