Generation X women, compared to baby boomers, have projected increases by age 60 in thyroid, kidney, rectal, uterine, colon, pancreatic, and ovarian cancers, as well as leukemia and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. There were forecasted rises in Gen-X men for thyroid, kidney, rectal, colon, and prostate cancers. The authors note some of the increase may be due to better screening, but attribute many of the increased cancers to risks of lifestyle factors like obesity, diet, and lack of exercise. What is Creator’s perspective?ClosedNicola asked 2 months ago • Extraterrestrial Interlopers48 views0 answers0 votesA viewer asks: “Effectiveness of Creator’s recommended supplements will vary among individuals due to individual biochemistry, hormonal baseline, diet, exercise habits, stress levels, age and life stage, etc. Also, some supplements may require consistent, long-term use before noticeable effects are achieved. Given this variability, how important is it to get a nutritional assessment done as a way to optimize benefits? Would this likely lead to good advice? What steps should people take to optimize benefits? Are some best absorbed with food? Are some better for younger or older people?” What can Creator tell us?ClosedNicola asked 3 months ago • Healing Modalities83 views0 answers0 votesShe asks: “Has Creator started healing her deep subconscious mind and/or cellular consciousness? Does Creator have any information on what she can do from her end to speed up her recovery from Lupus (prayers, diet, exercise, etc.)?” What can Creator tell us?ClosedNicola asked 7 months ago • Karma88 views0 answers0 votesA viewer asks: “Continuing with the theme that we can augment exercise by giving a concerted effort twice a week and having Creator apply the effort every day, can we expand it even more? For example, if one day we spend hours with a most valiant and impressive exercise load such as yoga, cardio, and then lifting weights with intensity, can we have this energy be applied every day for the next coming weeks or even month? How long and how much can Source Creator use this energy and apply it? My point being, how long can we stretch this one day of exercise to the max before having to reapply the exercise effort again?” What can Creator tell us?ClosedNicola asked 10 months ago • Prayer114 views0 answers0 votesWould the following concise prayer be effective for amplifying the benefits of exercise? “Augment our workouts and intermittent exercise by applying the benefits to days in between.” What is most important for us to know?ClosedNicola asked 10 months ago • Prayer91 views0 answers0 votesCan prayer be used to augment the benefits of exercise, like it can to extend the coverage of nutritional supplements taken intermittently?ClosedNicola asked 11 months ago • Prayer211 views0 answers0 votesCan a workout routine done twice a week be augmented to be as helpful as if it were done every day?ClosedNicola asked 11 months ago • Prayer232 views0 answers0 votesOne of the most physically fit athletes on the planet swears by doing stretches and not just exercises to promote robust physical well-being, strength, and stamina. This includes animal products high in fat because it is health promoting. To be sure, there are more calories per gram of fat than protein or other sources of nutrition, but that is not the same as categorically wanting to avoid all fat, it is a question of balance and moderation because fat is an essential nutrient in its own right and cannot be substituted for.” Creator later endorses Anthony William, the “Medical Medium” whose book somewhat contradicts what Creator said previously. Can you please explain?”ClosedNicola asked 4 years ago • Divine Guidance540 views0 answers0 votesWhat are the potential benefits of yoga practice?ClosedNicola asked 4 years ago • Healing Modalities423 views0 answers0 votesA 12-year study of 3.4 million Swedish citizens compared the incidence of cardiovascular disease and death in dog owners and saw a significant reduction compared to dog non-owners, which they attributed to dogs possibly supplying social support and motivation for exercising. The left side is worse, but he feels it across both, and it is not getting better, and wonders if continued exercise for a triathlon is good for it or not.
