A practitioner made this recommendation: “Instead of fighting to squeeze in 90 minute chunks 1 to 3 times a week, completing 1 to 3 LHP/DSMRs, I now almost every morning carve out 30 minutes at least to start an LHP/DSMR session. Sometimes I’m able to finish, sometimes I wait until night, and sometimes I just have to resume next morning. I am able to get 3 to 6 sessions done this way a week versus fighting to find full time for 1 to 3 sessions. The way I do it is when I’m feeling I need to stop or am pressed for time, I’ll make note of my stop time, ask Creator to hold and link my next session, stop and ground with white light, and when I resume I again say the protection prayer, requesting, “Creator, link this session to my previous one,” and then begin where I left off. What is Creator’s perspective? Will this be just as effective? Are there any precautions you would recommend or reservations to note?”

News reports this week quoting the director of the U.S. government’s UFO analysis office stated that there is “evidence” of concerning unidentified flying object activity “in our backyard.” According to physicist Seán Kirkpatrick, who heads the congressionally-mandated All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office, this alarming UFO activity can be attributed to one of two extraordinary sources: either a foreign power or “aliens.” To be sure, the ramifications of either would be significant. I know nothing is certain, but despite this, we had a new kitten who we loved, adored, and were extremely attached to, die on us this week. We don’t know if the animal ingested a toxin in the house, reacted to his recent neutering, or something else but I have had so much faith he would be protected from a fatal outcome with all the prayers I put towards our pets.
