He was walking ahead of me and stepped over and bit a middle-aged man passing us going the other direction without any provocation or apparent reason. He has never been aggressive to humans and is only occasionally aggressive to certain other male dogs. The man was wearing pants and had a slight scratch underneath near the knee. The dating scene is especially problematic, and even deeply traumatic, for single mothers of all ages. With the divorce rate above 50%, along with the huge number of births happening out of wedlock, it’s reaching the point where more children are being raised by single mothers than are being raised by married cohabiting biological parents. Overwhelmingly, most single men, and more often than that, the more desirable single men, want nothing to do with a single mother.
