My client, who is a targeted individual, recently spent a half a day at the hospital to receive a drug infusion for her cancer, followed by a radiation treatment. When she went out to the hospital parking lot, she found that someone had smashed into the front of her car, causing what is likely to be several thousand dollars to repair. Her insurance agent told her if she files a claim, because she has had so many people crash into her and leave the scene, she will be dropped.
